BEINGS

What comes first color or shape? I often thought, that shapes were a necessary evil  for my explorations with color as a material. It turns out that isn’t true at all. It is more like a subconscious interaction between these two; always new and always surprising to me!  Unlike in the work group of pattern, I develop the imagery here from free forms joined to each other - lichen-like organic formations in a process of constant change, captured in a section that suggests a larger interplay.
